Paradise Gardens is a great place to live! Our mountain views, access to Phoenix Mountains preserve, neighborhood beauty and friendliness make our quality of life unsurpassed.

Paradise Gardens was established in 1958. In 2018, the Paradise Gardens Neighborhood Association (PGNA) was formed to:

• Organize spring and fall block parties;

• Preserve and protect the character of the neighborhood;

• Help improve the neighborhood as a whole.

PGNA is a non-profit volunteer organization and is not affiliated with any other organization or any business. The City of Phoenix Neighborhood Services Department supports neighborhood associations to help address their issues, and PGNA was formed with their support. PGNA is not a homeowners association (HOA). There are no members and no dues.
